Higher Education & Human Rights

Education must be accessible for all, and must be of good quality. We are committed to the promotion of the human right to education through developing, monitoring, and promoting education norms and standards to advance the aims of the Education 2030 Agenda (SDG 4) and the European Education Area (EEA). We provide guidance, technical advice and assistance, and build capacities, partnerships and awareness on key challenges to the fulfilment of this right.
