Project description

The Children’s University in Bosnia and Herzegovina aims to increase the interest in science, research and technology from a very young age and to engage children in exciting, interactive, real-world learning experiences. This way the children develop academic talent and knowledge, creativity and personal growth, and they are encouraged to be curious and to think critically.

The Children’s University provides knowledge transfer for 10 to 12 year old children. Through this project many children experience their first encounter with the university and learn more about their future educational choices.

The event will offer 15 lectures that are held by academic staff from the universities in Sarajevo, Mostar and Banja Luka. Children from 10-12 years are encouraged to attend the lectures which are tailor-made for this age group and where they can learn more about the amazing world of science and technology.
