Project description

This project strives to improve learning opportunities in Montenegrin society at large and to enhance employability. This will be achieved through the development of a LLL university strategy with the aim to:

• enable wider access to higher education
• incorporate non-formal and informal education into the overarching national qualification framework
• enhance partnerships with relevant social partners.

 

The project focuses on:

• development of legislative framework for the introduction of the LLL concept
• cooperation with enterprises in view of the LLL concept
• introduction of flexible learning paths for adults
• improvement of connections between stakeholders
• introduction of procedures for validation of non-formal and informal learning
• implementation of a comprehensive dissemination campaign on the LLL concept in society at large
• development of conditions for the exploitation of the project results after the project end.
