Project description

The main objective of the project was the creation of a collaborative environment between the academic community and the third parties in Kosova/ Montenegro/ Serbia, which would result in a common and standardized approach regarding all relevant issues in the establishment of eLearning processes in the respective members' areas. A body in charge of the coordination of activities on each particular territory should issue a set of recommendations to be adopted by all its members (providing safe environment for further investments in communication infrastructure, sophisticated equipment, learning management systems, education and content (courses).

The project was one of the first initiatives for the establishment of eLearning Methodology at the universities aiming to strengthen the capacities for Life Long Learning. It also contributed to the preparation of technical infrastructure and human resources for the development of other eLearning projects at the universities.
