Project description
Evaluation objective:
The conducted evaluation focused on the project FILLO (Future Independent Life through Learning and Opportunities) with Concordia Kosovo in Prizren. The general objective of the project FILLO was “to enable vulnerable children, youth, women, families and communities in the Municipality of Prizren to live self-determined lives free from marginalization and discrimination”.
Results:
The evaluation’s primary objective was to assess the project's performance in relation to its overarching objectives. The evaluation scrutinized the project's relevance, overall approach, specific interventions, and the attainment of predefined indicators, its impact and the sustainability of project interventions. The evaluation assessed the project results (output, outcome), conclusions, lessons learned and recommendations at the end of the project, also in view of future planning endeavors to be considered in potential follow up initiatives.
