Project Description

The overall aim of the project is to establish a network of food processing SMEs from Styria and from Macedonia in order to increase international competitiveness and innovativeness of both Styrian and Macedonian food industry. This network should enable Styrian and Macedonian to share experiences and technologies, develop new products and meet the challenges of the global market. Activities will be grouped into categories of network establishment and achievement of additional value chain covering various fields of food processing such as health/ functional food, packaging, quality assurance, upgrading etc.
