To achieve these goals great commitment is required by all local and international partners, who on Tuesday, January 26th, 2016 signed a Memorandum of Understanding in a high level ceremony organized by ALLED Project in the premises of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, aiming to institutionalize the joint efforts of key stakeholders.
