Gender Equality at WUS Austria
WUS Austria is committed to promoting gender equality across all areas of our work. To underscore this commitment, WUS Austria has elaborated a Gender Equality Plan (GEP) that reflects our organizational values.
The GEP outlines clear principles and practical measures to ensure equal opportunities for all individuals - regardless of gender - within WUS Austria’s internal operations and external project activities. It applies to staff, project partners, and all those we work with, in both Austria and our Prishtina project office.
