DUALSCI Final Conference and Project Meeting in Brcko/BiH
Brcko. More than 50 professionals from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Austria, Germany, Serbia and Spain met in Brcko/BiH from November 6-7, 2023, for the final conference of the Erasmus+ Project - “Strengthening capacities for the implementation of dual education in BH higher education/DUALSCI”. The Conference gathered representatives from the project Consortium, BiH academia and local representatives and was hosted by UES, University of East Sarajevo. During the Conference, the results of the project were presented to the target audience together with research from academics in BiH. In addition, a project meeting was conducted for members from the Consortium.
The DUALSCI project is coordinated by the University of Novi Sad and aims to improve the competencies of higher education graduates and their employability in cantons and entities of Bosnia and Herzegovina. This was done through the development of generic and specific models of dual education (DUALSCI model), suggestions for a legal framework that allows for an introduction of dual education, and the implementation of the DUALSCI models at four universities in Bosnia and Herzegovina: University of East Sarajevo, University of Sarajevo, University of Mostar, and University of Zenica.
