DUALSCI study visit and project meeting in Subotica
Subotica. More than 30 professionals from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia and Austria met in Subotica from July 5-6, 2021 to exchange experiences on dual higher education and to track progress on the implementation of the joint Erasmus+ Project - “Strengthening capacities for the implementation of dual education in BH higher education/DUALSCI”. The meeting was hosted by the University of Novi Sad in Serbia and gathered representatives from the project Consortium.
The DUALSCI project is coordinated by the University of Novi Sad and aims to improve the competencies of higher education graduates and their employability in cantons and entities of Bosnia and Herzegovina. This is being reached through the development of generic and specific models of dual education (DUALSCI model) and suggestions for a legal framework that allows for an introduction of dual education, supporting different needs and interests of students, companies and higher education institutions (HEIs) in different cantons/entities of BIH. The DUALSCI model will be implemented, as a pilot test, in four universities in Bosnia and Herzegovina: University of East Sarajevo, University of Sarajevo, University of Mostar, and University of Zenica.
