We would like to thank DDr. Karin Sonnleitner from University of Graz, Austria, for the interesting session on Developing educators’ relational competence that took place on July 10,2021.
The interactive exercises and practical examples provided us a better understanding of:

- Stages of conflicts
- Conflict resolution strategies
- Why active listening is important for mediation
