Free Training on Interactive Methodologies in Global Learning, Vienna, February 26-27, 2020
About the training
The training will be based on the Training Package (https://www.developtogether.eu/de/training-package-demo-de) which has been developed by the consortium as part of the InterCap project (more information about the project on www.developtogether.eu). Participants of this training will be familiarised with the modules 1 (Migration, Security and Sustainable Development in an Interdependent World), 4 and 6 (Train-the-Trainer Pedagogies).
The focus of this international training will be on module 4 “Interacting learning communities: Engaging in critical thinking, reflection, inquiry and dialogue for global learning through a participatory method”. Drawing on the methodology “Open Spaces for Dialogue and Enquiry”, in this training you will be introduced to a participatory educational methodology for the development of spaces for critical thinking and discussion regarding global issues. You will learn how to engage critically through dialogue with your own and different points of view, reflect individually and collectively for taking informed decisions. More specifically, you will gain practical knowledge on how to create spaces where you discuss and actively participate in a continuous process of (de)constructing meanings, while depicting ways of relating to one another in global learning.
