Launch of the short Guide for syllabus development by the University of Prishtina “Hasan Prishtina”
Prishtina. On 11 April HERAS supported the launch of “A short Guide for reviewing and revising syllabi for teaching staff and for the staff supporting and supervising curriculum development”, moderated by Hysen Bytyqi, Vice-Rector for Quality Assurance, with participation of Coordinators for Academic Development of the University of Prishtina, study programs heads and vice-deans. The guide was developed by a working group from the University of Prishtina “Hasan Prishtina” /Academic Development Office and Vice-Rector for Quality Assurance in cooperation with the project HERAS - Higher Education, Research and Applied Science in Kosovo.
The event provided space for input from all sides, lively discussions, and further suggestions how to support academic/teaching staff to write, review and revise the syllabi of their courses so that these better reflect the content of the courses and methodologies applied.
