MAIN_ training and consortium meeting in Kragujevac
A project management meeting of the MAIN project was organized at the University of Kragujevac on 4th December 2014. The purpose of the project meeting was to inform the Consortium members on the progress made in the previous period as well as to plan the activities for the following one. The meeting was also an excellent opportunity to introduce new contact person and project management team from the University of Novi Sad as Coordinating Institution.
In the second part of the meeting, the results achieved within the workshop in the previous two days were discussed. Also, WUS Austria as work package leader for quality and the University of Kragujevac as task leaders responsible for development of the Quality Control and Monitoring Manual presented the document and QCM procedures to be followed throughout the project life time.
Additionally, the participants discussed about the forthcoming travel visits to European partners, and in that sense reached an agreement regarding the structure and schedule of the visits.
