Study visit in Graz in the frame of the EU project SIPUS
Graz. From September 22-25, 2014, a delegation of representatives from Serbian universities in Belgrade, Kragujevac, Nis, Novi Pazar and Novi Sad spent a study visit at the University of Graz in the frame of the Tempus project “SIPUS – Strengthening of Internationalization Policies at Universities in Serbia”. The project addresses the process of internationalization of Serbian Higher Education and the main objectives are enabling national HE bodies and HEIs to strategically manage internationalization through the provision of services in education, research and mobility.
Through presentations and workshops the Serbian representatives were informed about different internationalization topics such as Strategic Steering and Reporting, Quality Assurance, Internationalization in Research, Staff and Student Mobility as well as Internationalization and Development Cooperation. The study visit provided a good platform for sharing knowledge and experiences with the project partners from WUS Austria and the University of Graz.
