Tempus KIKT: Rector Gashi meets the new PhD candidates
Prishtina. The Rector of University of Prishtina prof. asoc. dr. Ibrahim Gashi met the PhD candidates from the Faculty of Economics, Law, Philosophy and Faculty of Medicine: he assured them of the institutional support they will receive at the beginning of their studies and promised qualitative organization of lectures as well as of the practical and research part of their studies, over the course of three years and as long as their doctoral studies last.
Among other thing, Rector
Gashi emphasized that the start of these doctoral studies at the University of
Prishtina was a new and significant responsibility and represents fulfillment of the most
important part of the University of Prishtina’s mission. “I am convinced
that in the frame of the experience and long and successful tradition that UP
has, as well as based on its resources and capacities and with support of MEST
and Minister Buja in person, we will successfully achieve this mission” Rector
Gashi emphasized.
Furthermore, the Minister of Education, Science
and Technology (MEST) Mr.. Ramë Buja, congratulated the PhD candidates and
wished them good health and success in their carriers and acknowledged the fact
that the education in Kosovo requires new staff and added that “ the quality in
education can be achieved if we educate and advance you”.
