Trainings in South Eastern Europe for the Balkan Case Challenge in Vienna
Last week started the BCC Trainings for the selected participants for the students from Slovenia and Macedonia as well as for the Romanian students. The selected participants received training on presentation skills, career coaching as well as the case competitions.
BCC Training in Slovenia
The BCC training for the Slovenian participants was held on 12th of
April in cooperation with Bled School of Management (IEDC) in their
premises. There were 13 students, who were prepared for the Balkan Case
Challenge in Vienna from 21st-24th of Mai 2007. Training on the
presentation skills and career coaching were done by Ms Dr. Tina Erzen
and Mr Niko Slavnic from the IEDC. The training was organised and
coordinate by Ms Zeljka Sulc from IEDC and our Local Coordinator for
Slovenia Ms Manca Poglajen while the competition part was held by the
former BCC participants Andraz Melansek and Jure Poljsak.
BCC Training in Romania
The BCC Training for the
14 Romanian participants was held on 14th of April in Bucharest in
cooperation with our colleagues from WUS Romania. The presentation
skills training was held by Mr Cristian Baleanu while the career
coaching part was made by Mr Hans Joachim Hug. After lunch time a
representative from Contrast Management-Consulting made short
presentation about his company and explain the participants the career
possibilities in consulting. The training was organised and coordinate
by our partners WUS Romania and our Local Coordinator for Romania Ms
Adina Dabes while the competition part was held by the former BCC
participants Stelian Olaru and Victor Marcusohn.
BCC Training in Macedonia
From 14th-15th of April the training for the 13 selected participants from Macedonia was held. This two-days training was held in Ohrid in cooperation with the Institute for Strategic Research and Education (ISIE). The presentation skills and career coaching trainings were held by Mr. Bojan Jovanoski from the University Start-Up Centre at the Ss. Cyril and Methodius University – Skopje. Ms Sonja Todorova who is currently working for Coca-Cola in Macedonia, Albania and Kosovo was also present during the career coaching training giving the students advices about the career planning, job interviews and presenting themselves to the possible employers. That was excellent opportunity for the students to get impressions how big companies like Coca-Cola are dealing with human resources and what the job opportunities in this area are in generally. The whole event was organised and coordinate by our partner ISIE and our Local Coordinator for Macedonia Mr Miso Dokmanovic while the competition part was held by the former BCC participants Ana Kacarska, Ana Dangova and Zoran Hristovski.
