Training Seminar: Student Participation in Accreditation Process, June 6-7, 2011, Palic, Serbia
On June 6th to 7th 2011, within the framework of the project Support to the Serbian Accreditation Agency, WUS Austria Belgrade Office, together with the Serbian National Commission for Accreditation and Quality Control (CAQA) organized the “Student participation in external evaluation process” training seminar (seminar venue: Hotel “Elitte” conference hall, Palic, Serbia; for the agenda of the seminar click here).
The aim of the seminar was to familiarize pre-selected students with the accreditation process and QA in general, as they represent the pool out of which CAQA will recruit student representatives for on-site evaluation visits to HE institutions during the next accreditation cycle.
During the seminar sessions the participants had an opportunity to hear about the experiences from EU and the country (for the lecturers’ presentations click here) and receive relevant information through group work and open discussions, which will enable them to join evaluation teams during on-site visits to HE institutions being accredited.
