"First regional case study competition" for Sandžak
Belgrade. Cultural Center DamaD from Novi Pazar organized first case study competition for students from Sandžak region at Zlatar from October 30th till November 1st.
Mr. Samid Sarenkapić, competition coordinator was one of BCC 2006 participants and the idea for organizing competition was to promote this kind of competitions among students from Sandžak.
The competition it self had same disciplines as BCC (Business case competition, Law Moot Court and Model European Council). Competition was in Serbian language and was organized for final year students from public and private universities in Sandžak region.
The organization of competition was supported by WUS Austria Belgrade office.
During the competition Milica Čičovački, BCC coordinator for Serbia presented WUS Austria programs that are interesting for participants, and had the honour and pleasure of being present at the awarding ceremony.
What was extremely important for WUS Austria is the fact that members of organizing committee (competition coordinator, case coordinators and jury members) were former participants from BCC competitions in Serbia and Bosnia & Herzegovina.
The whole competition was financed by Fund for Open Society.
