Round Tables: Promotion of the Open Call for Proposals of Specific QA Measures
On June 24 and 25, 2009, representatives of WUS Austria Sarajevo office organized informative meetings at 3 Bosnian and Herzegovinian (BiH) universities to the aim of announcing and promoting the open call for proposals of specific QA measures within the project „Strategic and Structural Development of Quality Assurance in Bosnian and Herzegovinian Higher Education 2008-2010“, financed by Austrian Development Cooperation and Liechtenstein Government.
The meetings were held at the rectorates of BiH universities in the following order:

On behalf of WUS Austria, the meetings were attended by MSc. Dino Mujkic, Regional Manager, Nina Kovac, Project Manager, and Selma Emirhafizovic, Project Assistant.
The purpose of the meetings was to present the application and selection procedures and promote the open call for applications. Special emphasis was placed on WUS Austria’s document “Analysis of QA Trends in HE in EU, SEE, and BiH” which outlines potential action plans for further development of QA in BiH HE.
WUS Austria also took the opportunity to inquire about recent developments within the Tempus project “From Quality Assurance to Strategy Development”.
In the upcoming period, similar informative meetings will be held at all public BiH universities.
