Train the Trainer Workshop held within the Business Start-Up Centre (BSC) in Skopje
How to generate a business idea? What are the components of a successful business plan? How does organisational development function within a company? These and other topics were addressed by Austrian trainers within the Train the Trainer Workshop held in Skopje, FYR Macedonia, from October 16th to 19th. The participants of the workshop were professors and assistants who will act as local trainers for students and staff of the Ss. Cyril and Methodius University – Skopje who are interested in starting their own business. Other topics of the workshop were related to marketing and sales, controlling, accounting and financing, legal aspects of entrepreneurship and others.
The aim of the Business Start-Up Centre at the Skopje University is to support entrepreneurship among students and university staff and offer them not only theoretical, but also practical instruments for founding their own business.
The project partners are WUS Austria, Austin, Pock & Partners Ltd, Immofinanz – Steiermärkische Forschungs- und Entwicklungsförderungsges.m.b.H and the Centre of Applied Technology Leoben Ltd). The goal of the project is not only to train future entrepreneurs, but also chose and additionally support five best business ideas.
