Promotion activities for the Project “Support to Reforms of Higher Education in Kosovo 2008 - 2011”
Prishtina. The Launch of the project “Support to Reforms of Higher Education in Kosovo” is being supported with several promotion activities. As the Kick off Meeting for the Project was held in the presence of the media, the three largest national newspapers “Zëri”, “Koha Ditore” and “Express”; two national radios stations “Radio Kosova” and “Radio Blue Sky”: one National television station “TV 21” and one news agency “Kosova Live” published articles and emitted news regarding the new project. The media assessment of the program was presented as tremendously important for the further support to the reforming process in the field of Higher Education in Kosova, especially considering that education is considered as an investment priority by the Government of Kosova.
Additional to the multiple articles published and news editions covering the new project, Mr. But Dedaj, Regional Manager of WUS Austria was invited on “TV 21” on September 10th, for an interview to present in details the content of the new project.
Also an interview of around 30 minutes was broadcasted on “Radio Kosova” on September 10th.
This was soon followed by an interview in “ Radio Dukagjini” whereby Mr. Dedaj, Regional Manager and Ms. Hapçiu spoke of the new WUS projects.
At the same time other means of promotion are being used to present the project more closely toward its target groups.
