Project description

The CDP Program supports the improvement of curricula, with the objective to facilitate the transition of higher education in SEE towards European standards. This program encourages the faculties to introduce new subjects, and to apply innovative approaches - in content and methodology - to already existing courses. Most universities in the region are reforming and adapting their curricula and teaching to the European standards and models. As this requires moving away from traditional courses towards a modern perspective in learning, teaching and research, it is of particular importance to address the needs for academic excellence and innovation of the teaching staff concerned. Additionally the Course Development Program places emphasis on interdisciplinary teaching, transnational cooperation and networking between academics.
